Move a client once.
Get paid every month.
You keep 20% of what every client pays, every month they stay. 100 clients on the Pro plan is ₹1.6 lakh a year, and it arrives whether or not you billed an hour that month. Joining costs nothing, and so does your licence on their books.
- ₹1.6 L
- a year, at 100 clients on the Pro plan
- 20%
- of every subscription, every month they stay
- ₹0
- to join, and nothing per client after
- 1 login
- every client company you run
A client's year,
start to finish.
Six steps. Two of them you do once, and the rest are the month you already run.
- 01Once
Register, and you are in
Your partner dashboard and your audit-licence token open the moment you sign up. No joining fee, no annual renewal, and no seat to buy each time you take on a client.
- 02Once per client
Bring the client in, history and all
Create their company from your dashboard, or accept an invite into books they already keep. Tally data and spreadsheets come across through a mapping wizard — masters, opening balances and prior entries, not just a customer list.
- 03Every day
Their books fill themselves
Staff bill from the counter and the ledger posts behind them. Bank statements import and auto-match, and the mapping rules learn that client's counter-parties so the next month needs less of you.
- 04Every week
Review from your own desk
Open the live ledgers from anywhere, with no VPN into anybody's office PC. Drill a trial balance figure down to the ledger, the voucher and the document behind it without asking a soul for a screenshot.
- 05Every month
Close the month, keep your own key
Set the staff lock date and the billing clerk stops posting into a month you have finished. Yours stays open until you are ready to sign it off, then the hard date closes it to everybody.
- 06Every month
File it, and get paid for it
Returns come off the books you just closed, not off a second system you had to reconcile against. Your 20% share is reconciled on the 10th and settled straight to your bank.
Everything the other programs give you,
and the share.
We went through every CA and accountant program in the market and took the union of what they hand you. All of it free, and none of the others pay 20% on top.
Your own practice books, free
Run your firm's own accounts on Bisnexus at no charge. Not a trial and not a starter tier — the full thing, permanently, the way a practice licence should work.
A free licence on every client's books
Read-only access to every client who invites you, and it does not eat one of their user seats. Nobody pays extra for you to be in there.
20% of what they pay, every month
For as long as the subscription stays active. Reconciled on the 10th and settled straight to your bank. You are paid for the client, never charged for them.
One dashboard, every client
Every company you look after in one list — what is closed, what is pending, what needs you. Onboard the next one from the same screen, without waiting on us.
We move the first client for you
Send a Tally backup or a spreadsheet and we map it, load it and hand it back reconciled. After that the migration wizard is yours to run.
Live workshops, and a certificate
Fortnightly sessions on ledger mapping, tax setup, opening balances and fixed assets. Finish the track and you are a certified Bisnexus advisor.
A listing that sends clients to you
Certified partners go into the public advisor directory, where a business hunting for a CA finds your firm. The referral runs your way, not just ours.
A media kit with your name on it
White-labelled booklets, decks and templates to take into a client meeting. Senior tiers add co-branding and a marketing budget.
A named human, and a phone that answers
An account manager who knows your firm, a priority line with screen share when a ledger will not map, and a vote on what we build next.
What you can actually
do in there.
None of this is unusual. It is on the page because its absence is what you would notice in week one.
Every client from one login
Switch companies without a second password, a second install, or a VPN into somebody's office PC.
Their staff see less than you do
A billing clerk raises invoices. They cannot open a locked period, delete a ledger, or move the date that shut them out.
Voucher entry, not form filling
Ledger-first entry with the keyboard doing the work. Enter, Escape and the Alt shortcuts behave the way you expect.
Bank statements in, matched
Indian bank PDFs and Excel exports parse directly. Lines auto-match against the cash and bank books, and the rules learn per client.
Bring the history, not just the masters
Move a client in from Tally or a spreadsheet with a mapping wizard. Opening balances and prior entries included.
Every figure walks back to a voucher
A trial balance row names its ledger. A ledger line names its voucher. No SQL console anywhere in that walk.
It is your signature
on the report.
Rule 3(1) has been in force since April 2023, and the audit trail is the CA's problem long before it is the client's.
No off switch on the trail
Rule 3(1) says the edit log must not be capable of being disabled. There is no flag, no setting and no admin toggle, because none was ever built.
The whole row, not a diff
Every change stores the record before and the record after, with the user, the time and the address. Readable on its own, without replaying from creation.
Postings are hash-chained
Each posted row carries a hash of the one before it. Change a figure straight in the database and every hash after it stops matching.
Two lock dates, not one
One freezes the client's billing clerk. The other freezes everybody, you included. So you close a month without closing yourself out of it.
A document keeps its own words
Item name, HSN, party name, GSTIN and addresses are stamped on the posted row. Rename a customer in March and September's invoice is untouched.
The books outlive the subscription
An archived company is kept eight years. Nothing hard-deletes a client's accounting data — not on non-payment, not on request, not to save space.
What CAs
ask us first.
Six questions, answered the way we would answer them on a call.
Put one client on it
and see.
Move one set of books across, run a month, close it. Your licence on those books is free and costs the client no seat, so the only thing at stake is the month. If the trail, the close and the drill-through hold up, the next twenty clients pay you 20% a month for as long as they stay.
