This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

02Free Trial Cancellation

We offer free trials to help you ensure our software is a perfect fit for your workflow before making financial commitments.

●Cancel anytime during your free trial period without any hidden fees.
●No charges will be applied to your card if you cancel before the trial expires.
●Your financial data will be safely retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export it or reactivate your account without data loss.

03Paid Subscriptions

For our active paying customers, we maintain a straightforward cancellation process:

Access Continues:
When you cancel a paid subscription, you retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle.
No Auto-Renewal:
Cancellation ensures your subscription will not automatically renew for the subsequent period.
Data Export:
You can export all your accounting data, journals, invoices, and reports at any time before your billing cycle ends.

04How to Cancel

Canceling your subscription is self-service and can be done at any time natively within the app:

Log into your active Bisnexus account dashboard.

Navigate to Profile Settings → Subscription or Billing.

Click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom of the page.

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

05Refund Conditions

As B2B accounting software, we process refunds under specific circumstances to ensure fair dealing:

Eligible for Refund

✓ Annual plans canceled within 30 days (pro-rated)
✓ Duplicate or erroneous payment transactions
✓ Prolonged technical outages preventing core usage

Not Eligible for Refund

× Partial months remaining on monthly plans
× Change of mind after heavy software usage
× Enterprise setups with customized contracts

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
