12Security of Personal Information

13Data Storage & Location
Your data is stored on servers located in India (Mumbai, ap-south-1 region) via our cloud infrastructure provider. We are committed to keeping your financial data within India.
In limited cases, certain platform services (such as content delivery and edge computing) may process requests through servers outside India. However, your persistent financial and personal data remains stored in India, and any such processing is conducted with appropriate safeguards as permitted under the DPDP Act, 2023.
14General Provisions
- ●Governing Law: This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
- ●Children's Privacy: Bisnexus is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
- ●Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this policy will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before being referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
